This interactive in-person workshop equips program coordinators and faculty leaders with the essential knowledge and practical tools needed to design, implement, and sustain effective program-level assessment practice. Participants will learn to create (or revise) meaningful program-level learning outcomes, select appropriate assessment measures, and engage their entire program faculty in the assessment process. Through hands-on activities and collaborative discussions, attendees will develop actionable strategies for demonstrating and improving student learning at the program level.
