Walk A Weigh
These classes offer research-based lessons for weight loss and chronic disease prevention, offered by UGA Extension for all UGA employees. Learn how to change your eating and physical activity habits to lose weight.
There are two sessions to choose from: Tuesdays, from 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. on North Campus at the Training & Development Center or Tuesdays from 4:30-5:30 p.m. on South Campus in the Hoke Smith Building. both through April 16.
