The annual Ugly Sweater Holiday Meetup is a festive celebration of holiday traditions with games, an ugly sweater contest, food, and networking opportunities — all in the spirit of community and giving back. The council will welcome Sunny Ortiz of Widespread Panic as the musical guest this year, joined by percussionist Eddie Gilkin. This event will also foster connections between UGA Graduate and Professional School students with alumni mentors. Guests are also invited to contribute a new, unwrapped toy for theLaAmistadHoliday Toy Drive. Registration is $40 ($25 for students) and includes food and drink. This eventis open to all.
