The 2022 tour’s goal is to provide new University of Georgia faculty members a formal and comprehensive introduction to the State of Georgia’s geography, demographics, diversity, economy, history and culture. 

The New Faculty Tour also allows new faculty to network and develop professional relationships with peers across campus. New faculty will become familiar with UGA’s land-grant mission and will identify research and instructional opportunities related to Georgia.

The tour will take place August 8-12, 2022.
