The UGA Mentor Program and the Women of UGA are excited to present the continuation of the 2023-2024 Mentorship Monday series, a virtual session titled “Gaining Mentors & Becoming One”, on February 12, 2024. 

The February 2024 session will feature mentor/mentee alumnae pairs who will provide participants with strategies to best utilize mentorship as a tool in their professional toolkit. Our panel of distinguished alumnae and experts include:

• Allison C. Ausband (ABJ '83), Executive Vice President and Chief Customer Experience Officer, Delta Air Lines and Chair, UGA Foundation Board of Trustees

• Yvette K. Daniels (AB '86, JD '89), Deputy Director, Workforce Management for Georgia Department of Public Health and Immediate Past President, UGA Alumni Board of Directors

• Avery Monthero (BSFCS '17), Data Engineer, Delta Air Lines

• Bethany Blumenshine Bagwell (MED '17, EDD '22), Director, UGA Mentor Program

• Nicole Ingram (AB '02), Director of Programs and Special Initiatives, Emory University Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and Women of UGA Councilmember, will serve dual roles as a panelist and moderator.

The main session will be followed by a networking opportunity for participants and panelists.  The event is free to all attendees, but registration is required to receive the program link. 

Mentorship Mondays is the Women of UGA's signature professional development series for University of Georgia alumnae and friends, where participants are provided an opportunity to hear from notable graduates, build their networks, and gather tips to take their careers to the next level.
