Public speaking can be intimidating, but it can also be an avenue for women to challenge stereotypes, level the playing field in the workplace, and establish themselves as leaders, experts, and influencers.

The spring Mentorship Mondays series concludes with an empowering virtual event, where attendees will learn concrete steps to reduce anxiety and increase confidence when speaking in front of others.

• Denise Wells (AB '96), Executive Director, Public Relations and Communications, Columbus Tech

The session will be moderated by: 

• Sarah Sprayberry (BS '95), Director, North America Retail Sales Execution, The Coca-Cola Company

The main session will be followed by a networking opportunity for participants and panelists.  The event is free to all attendees, but registration is required to receive the program link. 

Mentorship Mondays is the Women of UGA's signature professional development series for University of Georgia alumnae and friends, where participants are provided an opportunity to hear from notable graduates, build their networks, and gather tips to take their careers to the next level.
