DESCRIPTION:This year's Kenneth L. Waters Lecture will highlight "Exploring
  the Impact of the COVID-19 Pandemic on the Future of the Pharmacy Profess
 ion."  Kelly Smith '92\, '93\, dean of the UGA College of Pharmacy\, will 
 moderate a panel of pharmacy experts\, who will include: Hugh Chancy '88\,
  Dr. Nimesh Jhaveri\, and Dr. Sharmon Osae.  \n\nThis lecture was establis
 hed in 1982 to honor the outstanding accomplishments and contributions of 
 Dean Emeritus Kenneth L. Waters\, who served as dean of the University of 
 Georgia College of Pharmacy from 1948 until his retirement in 1977. This p
 remier event welcomes outstanding pharmacy leaders and pharmaceutical scie
 ntists leaders to discuss the latest trends in the field.   \n\nReservatio
 ns are required\, and lunch will be served immediately following the lectu
 re.
