The Hargrett Hours: Virtual Family Day

Join the Hargrett Library for its virtual family day event highlighting the exhibition "The Hargrett Hours: Exploring Medieval Manuscripts." Visit our family day website here.

This exhibit displays a selection of documents and Books of Hours created 600 years ago during the Middle Ages. It looks at the ways that Dr. Cynthia Camp and her students at UGA have studied these items over recent semesters and what they have learned.

The family day website features virtual tour stops, story time, and craft activities designed to help visitors of all ages explore these unique items from the collections. Free family day craft kits will be available for pickup between 9:00AM-5:00PM in the lobby of the Special Collections Building at 300 S. Hull Street from May 3-7 while supplies last.

Those who have questions can email Anna Nolan at annan@uga.edu.
