CANCELLED: The Garden to Plate Cooking Series: Spring


The Garden to Plate Cooking Series with Wildcraft Kitchen highlights fresh and nutritious flavors of Georgia-grown produce in four seasonal cooking classes. Learn innovative culinary techniques while working hands-on to prepare chef-driven recipes featuring wild and cultivated ingredients from local farms, gardens and forests.

Menu may be subject to change due to seasonal availability. Preregistration is required and will close one week prior to class date for these classes to accommodate any dietary needs. Spring brings a reemergence of nutritious greens and edible blooms. In this hands-on cooking class, guests will use pasture-raised lamb to prepare a traditional South African-style dish and explore interesting spring ingredients like chickweed, pea shoots and edible flowers.

Menu: Lamb Sosaties; Charred Asparagus and Spring Onion; Wild Greens Salad with Rainbow Carrots, Radish and Pea Shoots; Homemade Ice Cream with Edible Flower Fritters
