This session will engage academic leaders through conversation about fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive climate within their respective units. The group will cover topics regarding the recruitment and retention of a diverse team, building infrastructure to support an inclusive climate, and managing effectively in time of crisis. Participants will walk away with a broader awareness of DEI issues as well as tangible strategies and resources to utilize in their leadership practices.
