Named for William T. Robie III, the College’s first African American student and graduate, the lecture and award program features a speaker who shares the challenges and accomplishments of minority leaders in the field of pharmacy, pharmaceutical sciences, and pharmacy education.  The William T. Robie Award is presented during the program.  This year's speaker is Dr. Deborah Elder, clinical professor and assistant department head for undergraduate and professional education in the Pharmaceutical and Biomedical Sciences Department at the UGA College of Pharmacy.
