The  Terry  College of Business, Department of Marketing will host Dr. Eric Schwartz, Arnold M. and LInda T. Jacob Faculty Fellow/Associate Professor of Marketing, University of Michigan. Dr. Schwartz will present, "The A/B Test Deception: What You Can and Cannot Learn about Your Online Social Media Advertising Experiments". Eric Schwartz's expertise focuses on predicting and understanding customer behavior, and how firms manage relationships. This includes online display advertising, email marketing, video consumption, and word-of-mouth. His quantitative methods include Bayesian statistics, machine learning, dynamic programming, and field experiments.
