Pam Rogers is an ELC Fellow at The Estee Lauder Companies and the President of Risk Choices LLC. Ms. Rogers brings a unique blend of strategic and analytical skills to her clients and her role at Estee Lauder. Pam’s specialties include strategic process reengineering and implementation, enterprise risk management framework development, assessment and analysis of key risk drivers, risk management team development, and structuring risk financing and transfer based on the corporation’s appetite for risk and significant risk exposures.

Most recent experiences include:

  • The Estee Lauder Companies Inc. ELC Fellow, Global Product Safety & Regulatory Affairs – Pam led both the Automation and Talent Upskilling Priority workstreams for the global function and served as the Chief of Staff to the Senior Vice President.
  • The Estee Lauder Companies Inc. Executive Director, Enterprise Risk Management – Pam worked to evolve the company’s ERM program toward embedding the risk conversation deeper within the organization to understand the aggregation of critical risks more fully across the company and the upstream and downstream impacts of risk management efforts.
  • Weight Watchers International – Vice President, Risk Management – Pam created and implemented the company’s first-ever Enterprise Risk Management Program while leading the traditional, insurable risk management program.

Before her work with Estee Lauder, Ms. Rogers spent 30 years in corporate risk management and risk management consulting with a variety of Fortune 500 companies, including:

  • Consulting – Risk Choices LLC, Marsh and Alvarez & Marsal
  • Retailers - Target Corporation and Sears
  • Consumer Goods and Services – Chiquita Brands International and Nestle USA
  • Heavy Manufacturing – General Motors
  • High Tech Manufacturing – NCR Corporation
  • Services – Motors Insurance Corporation

Ms. Rogers earned her BBA from The University of Georgia with a major in Risk Management and her MBA from The University of Michigan with a major in Finance.
