Finding Flow: Human Flourishing on a Finite Planet
Summary
When engaged in activities including sports, dance, art, music and writing people often report a common experience of feeling totally immersed in the activity, often to the extent that they lose track of time and nothing else seems to matter. This experience is called ‘flow’. This talk will explore how flow experiences can be a powerful tool for enhancing wellbeing whilst also promoting more sustainable lifestyles, plus offer tips for how participants can encourage flow experiences within their own day-to-day lives.
