Join the Health Promotion Department at the University Health Center for 10 minutes at 2 p.m. for self-care. Mindfulness has been shown to help manage stress, get better sleep, and reduce anxiety.

Each day, attendees will explore a different mindfulness practice.

Really great experience! The guided meditation is exactly what I need! It's amazing how much you can disconnect and relax in just 10 minutes!

Fantastic! I had no idea how much I needed Take 10 @ 2! I didn't think I was capable of any sort of meditation or relaxation but these sessions have helped me so much!
