Class: Tai Chi

This mind-body practice evolved from the art of self-defense and is now widely practiced to increase mental focus and provide meditation in motion. The restorative breathing and sequence of movements attune practitioners to their chi, or vital energy. This weekly class does not require special clothing, just something comfortable that allows movement. Socks or flexible shoes are encouraged.

It is not a sequential class. No registration required.
