Research shows that instructors can be more effective simply by gathering and responding to feedback on teaching throughout the semester instead of waiting until the end. When done well, students become more motivated and engaged, instructors report increased satisfaction with their teaching experience, and student learning and performance increases.

Graduate students at any level of instructional experience are encouraged to attend this TA Café dedicated to the intentional collection of feedback on teaching and exploration of how to respond effectively to that feedback.

TA Cafés are opportunities for facilitated conversations with your peers, and are facilitated by our Future Faculty Fellows.
