Join a bi-weekly Mending Workshop. This is a collaborative, regularly occurring event between the MLC Swap Shop and the Makerspace. Bring clothes in need of patches, adjustments, and repair, and/or bring any fiber projects. Each week will focus on a new skill or theme around mending or sustainability, often utilizing different technologies in the Makerspace. The fibers area has four Singer sewing machines and one embroidery machine that will be open for use. The Makerspace will provide needles, thread, and sewing tools for workshop participants.
