In this session, Stefan Lehmann-Karp will explore how corporate VC groups operate, what motivates their investment strategies, and how they balance financial return with strategic fit. Participants will gain insight into how large companies use venture capital to drive innovation, the unique decision-making process behind corporate investments, and how startups can position themselves for success in this space.
This lecture is part of the 2026 Signature Lecture Series at the University of Georgia. All Signature Lectures are free and open to the public.
