SREL's 11th Annual Touch An Animal Day: TAAD

Savannah River Ecology Laboratory brings this family-friendly event to the public for the 11th time.

Children and adults can see and touch animals and plants. This year’s event will feature returning favorites such as snakes, ducks, alligators, an opossum, and edible plants at the healthy beverage station. Attendees can visit a pollinator exhibit and meet graduate students conducting research at SREL located on the Savannah River Site.
