Feeling burned out, stressed, or less energized at work is happening more frequently as many professionals have moved to remote work after the COVID-19 pandemic. Even when people are in a job they enjoy, this can happen, especially if they have been in the same career for years or at the same organization for a long time. Everyone needs to take time for self-care and to recharge their batteries and, too often, this necessary task falls to the bottom of the list. Taking personal time can help, but re-engaging one's strengths in a different way at work or re-evaluating values and priorities can also make an enormous difference.
 
In this webinar, the instructor will discuss how to handle this difficult situation and provide attendees with several ways to recharge and feel re-inspired again. Participants will learn:
