September Virtual Sunflower Concert

The State Botanical Garden of Georgia is pleased to announce the return of the Sunflower Concert Series.

Concerts will be streamed from a UGA site and include two musical acts plus a scene-setting short interview of curators in the botanical gardens. Additionally, a concert artist plant collection curated by the garden’s horticultural staff will be offered for local pickup only. And, after the concert, there is an opportunity for a virtual “meet and greet” with the artist.

The first virtual concert will feature a return of Klezmer Local 42, performing traditional and original folk music of Eastern European Yiddish origins, and Clay Leverett, singer and songwriter of Americana music.

Tuesday, September 1, 2020 from 7:00pm to 9:00pm
