As the effects of the Great Resignation continue, more companies are open to making some adjustments to their long-term benefits in order to retain their employees and manage turnover. This means that more than ever before, employees are able to negotiate successfully for things like flex time, working remotely or in a hybrid model, a raise, and other benefits like education perks - even during a possible recession. However, many professionals are unsure of how to negotiate effectively, build their confidence to make the ask properly, and what they can negotiate for due to the changes in the workplace and in the economy.
