Paul Allaire has been advising business students for 25+ years; here at the Terry College, at the University of Buffalo, and advising MBA students at UNC Chapel Hill. Paul was also a Senior Recruiter with Ernst & Young Consulting, evaluating resumes, interviewing candidates, and negotiating job offers.
