In this session of Research Live, join Dan Runge and Marty Bink from the Office of Research for a presentation about the role of research security in the responsible conduct of research and all federal research funding. Specific topics will include U.S. government concerns regarding research security and UGA’s response; an intro to National Security Presidential Memorandum-33 and its “Research Security Program” requirements; information for investigators about international shipping and other compliance issues; and UGA’s efforts to position itself for additional research contracts from security-minded federal agencies.
