Five-time Grammy Award winner and world-renowned soprano Renée Fleming is a World Health Organization (WHO) Goodwill Ambassador for Arts and Health and a leading advocate for the study of the powerful impacts of the arts and aesthetic experiences on human health. As part of her visit to UGA, she will present Music & Mind, a panel discussion with University of Georgia researchers and health practitioners whose work explores this burgeoning field. This event is part of the University’s Spring Signature Lecture Series.
