As UGA transitions to the University System of Georgia’s OneUSG Connect as its new human resources and payroll system in December 2018, several important payroll changes will occur in December 2018:

• All monthly and academic pay dates will now be on the last business day of the month. 
• The work week will change from Thursday through Wednesday to Sunday through Saturday, and
• Pay dates for hourly bi-weekly and salaried bi-weekly payrolls will be synced and standardized.

Because all UGA employees—faculty, staff, graduate assistants, and student workers—will experience some level of change when this transition occurs in December 2018, UGA’s OneSource Project is conducting information sessions on February 26, 2018 and beginning to share information about these changes.
