Learn about this excellent program. Students have the opportunity to spend three weeks in New York City this May and June exploring studios, museums, and the contemporary art and design world of NYC. Mornings are spent in an art history course in a classroom or museum while afternoons are spent in a smaller seminar course focused on design and contemporary art. Under the direction of UGA faculty, students will have the opportunity to visit with working artists, non-profit spaces, curators, designers, and businesses integral to contemporary artists and designers.
