Feb 1: Getting started with nutrition: Want to eat better, but not sure where to start? This program will start you off with all that you need to know about a healthy eating pattern, making nutritious food choices, and provide you with plenty of easy meal and snack ideas. This workshop will be led by the Peer Nutrition Educators.
Feb 8: Meal prep: Participants in this hour-long workshop will learn the ins and outs of meal prep, including simple strategies to save time and money while enjoying nutritious, satisfying meals.
Feb 15: Intro to Intuitive Eating: Heard of Intuitive Eating, but not sure what it means or where to start? Join our UHC Registered Dietitian Nutritionists to learn about the 10 principles of Intuitive Eating and how to put the principles into action.
Feb 22: Brain food: Participants in this virtual workshop will explore the connections between food, mood, and mental wellness and discuss strategies to use nutrition to support mental wellness.
