The GLCL Lab at the University of Georgia invites alumni, current students, nonprofit leaders, and professionals across sectors to an upcoming information session for the newly revised Graduate Certificate in Complexity Leadership. This program is designed for those who want to enhance their ability to navigate complex systems, foster innovation, and lead meaningful, adaptive change in diverse organizational and community contexts.

Offered across three semesters, Fall, Spring, and Summer, the certificate can be completed in just one year. It consists of five core courses, structured in a split semester format where students take one course at a time over eight weeks. Typically, students enroll in two courses in the Fall, two in the Spring, and one in the Summer, allowing for focused, manageable learning while balancing professional and personal commitments.
