To support the Department of Physiology and Pharmacology's efforts in managing new changes, from the new vet med curriculum to a new center and undergraduate major, this interactive seminar will introduce research-based ideas about how organizational change occurs. It will also share ways of thinking about change that can help individuals and organizations traverse challenges and ultimately feel more satisfied with changes. The audience will be invited to reflect on their own experiences of organizational change and to discuss ongoing changes in the Department of Physiology and Pharmacology in light of ideas from organizational studies.
