 ary to the Carter Family and was Chairman of the Georgia Council for the A
 rts. A UGA graduate and former attorney\, he is an internationally recogni
 zed lecturer as well as the author of six critically acclaimed books. He h
 as been featured as an on-air historical expert by Discovery Channel\, Nat
 ional Geographic\, Investigation Discovery\, and Glenn Beck Television and
  is a regular contributor to Royalty Digest Quarterly. Hutto has written e
 xtensively about the marriage of America’s Gilded Age heiresses to title
 d husbands.
