SALLY D'AVANZO

Sally is from Atlanta, GA and graduated from The University of Georgia in 2019 with a bachelor’s degree in Risk Management and a certificate in Music Business. While at UGA, Sally interned for New West Records, Widespread Panic’s Management, and Baby Robot Media. Shortly after graduation, Sally moved to Nashville to begin working as an Office Administrator at FSM. After 5 years at FSM, Sally is now an Associate Business Manager and loves being able to take care of the financial side of artists’ lives so they are able to focus on their creative careers!

MATT NAJDOWSKI

Matt Najdowski is the Royalty Director at Farris, Self & Moore in Nashville, where he oversees royalty tracking, contract compliance, and catalog sales for both artists and songwriters. Since 2018, Matt has helped FSM’s clients navigate the ever-changing world of record and licensing deals, allowing them to maximize earnings and manage intellectual property rights. A graduate of the Music Business Program, he began his career at Sony Music Publishing, where he specialized in international royalty administration. Matt remains actively involved in the music community through his participation in the ACM Level-Up Program, the Country Music Association, and the UGA Mentor Program.
