This installment of the Department of History’s popular undergraduate talk series features Kevin Jones. Jones teaches courses on the history of the medieval and modern Middle East, and his research interests include nationalism, anti-colonialism, and poetry. He is writing a book titled The Poetics of Revolution: Culture, Politics, and Modernity in Iraq, 1914-1963.
