In a time of profound disruption and uncertainty, how do we lead, learn, and be together without rushing to fix or control? In this talk and dialogue, Shakiyla Smith-Sengu explores how we might cultivate spaces for being, becoming, and belonging that invite imagination, grief, love, and mystery as essential teachers. Drawing from her practice at the intersection of organizational culture, adult learning and development, and spiritual transformation, she invites participants into an inquiry: how can we create conditions for mutual learning and new ways of being together amid the fluidity of our times?
