LeAnne Howe with Daniel Justice- American Indians Returning Talk

Eidson Distinguished Professor in American Literature LeAnne Howe presents American Indian Scholar and author Daniel Heath Justice for her annual American Indian Returnings (AIR) Talk. This year’s AIR Talk willtake place on the the Autumnal Equinox. Daniel Heath Justice is a professor of First Nations and Indigenous Studies, in the Institute for CriticalIndigenous Studies, with a cross appointment in English at the University of British Columbia. His AIR talk is titled: “Cartographic Kinscapes: Hometakings, Homecomings, and Reading the Ruptures of Indigenous Dispossession.” The AIR series celebrates Native American scholars and authors andtheir “return” from exile to the Southeast.
