The Institute for Leadership Advancement's (ILA) first-ever alumni leadership development program, Leadership Dawgs. The program is offered exclusively to UGA alumni.

Leadership Dawgs is a one-year commitment bookended by two-weekend meetings in February 2022 and 2023.

The program will engage attendees in personalized leadership development—challenging them to take an introspective approach to assess, define and enhance their ability to lead teams and organizations. Attendees will then practice these learnings through a one-year community impact project (CIP) that will support the needs of Atlanta and Athens-based nonprofits.
