This conference has been awarded the State-of-the-Arts Conference Grants and it supported by the Interdisciplinary Network of Studies on Social Memory (RIEMS). The conference has a hybrid modality: 20 Latin American experts from diverse fields of research will attend face to face and virtually to explore memories of the recent traumatic past. These scholars are specialists in sociology, history, cultural studies, social psychology, and other fields residing in Latin America, Europe, Canada, and United States.
