IMPACT LOCAL: Criminal Justice

Over the 2021 Spring Semester, IMPACT Service Breaks will be launching its inaugural initiative: IMPACT LOCAL. This initiative will provide 15 free Athens-based weekend trips (Friday through Sunday.) centered on socially-distant community service and social awareness education. Completion of two trips will provide you with Experiential Learning Credit, a requirement for graduation at UGA.

This trip will focus on Criminal Justice as a local and national social issue. Participants will do socially-distant community service and group reflection over the course of the February 26-28, 2021 weekend. There are limited spots available, so be sure to apply now. Those interested in learning about the topics and dates for the local trips, as well as submitting an application to be a participant, should visit tinyurl.com/IMPACTUGA
