Health & Well-being Kickstarter Mini-Course
Join Health Promotion and Recreational Sports for this two week mini-course that prepares participants for better self care.
In the two week period, instructors will discuss basic nutrition, sleep, physical activity, and social connection as a means to better health and well-being. Participants will learn how to incorporate habits into their daily life and be challenged to record their progress to ensure they are on their way to lasting behavior change that will truly make a difference.
Each mini-course session will be led via Zoom. Link provided via email following registration.
