The Stretch Room - Virtual Stretch Session with Simone Pollard

Experience “the ultimate stretching experience” in The Stretch Room. A virtual, livestreamed stretching program that is appropriate for all sizes, shapes, mobilities, and flexibilities. There are many physical and mindfulness benefits associated with stretching including, increasing flexibility, improving range of motion, caring for your muscles, releasing stress and calming your mind. We will focus on multiple body parts and muscle groups in this 30-minute session. Bring a mat and a stretch band (scarf or belt will do) and let's stretch together, and let stretching be how YOU take care of YOU!
