 rory Calarco. Topics include deciphering academic jargon\, staying on trac
 k in a graduate program\, promoting research\, and navigating conferences 
 and the job market. Students will meet four times to discuss specific chap
 ters of the book in a peer-learning format to provide a forum for discussi
 on and support. Students who register are expected to read the assigned ch
 apters and participate actively in the discussion.\n\nRegistration is limi
 ted to 25 participants\, due to scope of the book and the topics covered. 
  Participation is limited to doctoral students. The UGA Graduate School wi
 ll provide the first 10 students who register with a copy of the book.\n\n
