Start the fall 2025 semester with a focus on well-being.

Come join this eight-week challenge (Sept. 7 – Nov. 3) where participants will be exploring wellness and physical activity to create a happier self. The weekly topics include movement, nutrition, water, and sleep, and all participants will be provided with two free InBody Composition Tests to assess their progress. Ways to earn points include entrance to Ramsey or Pound Hall, weekly well-being challenges, and body fat percentage reduction.

Must be a Ramsey Center member to participate. Space is limited to 20 participants.
