The Department of Lifelong Education, Administration, and Policy, through the Learning, Leadership, and Organizational Development (LLOD) program in the Mary Frances Early College of Education, invites prospective students to a virtual information session on the Graduate Certificate in Complexity Leadership.

This graduate certificate is designed to equip leaders with the knowledge and skills necessary to navigate and respond effectively to complex organizational challenges. Participants will develop a complexity and adaptive mindset that fosters strategic innovation and real-time change in dynamic environments.

The program is open to currently enrolled LLOD and other graduate students, individuals holding a graduate degree, those taking a gap year, and professionals working in agencies, nonprofits, or higher education settings
