Students sometimes exhibit strange behavior that can be difficult to handle or explain as a TA or instructor. But what if instructors understood what was causing that behavior and could bring positive change before it got out of hand? In this workshop, participants will explore the Integrated Model for Student Resistance (IMSR) and apply it to realistic case studies. Together, they will identify key strategies for instructors to incorporate.
