About this Event
View mapTeaching is both an art and a science, as is the development of the courses being taught. Whether educators are designing something to be taught for the first time, adapting someone else's materials for their purposes, or revising a course they've previously taught, they can increase their teaching effectiveness (and efficiency!) by implementing evidence-based best practices as they plan. In this workshop, instructors will focus on backward design and how to write well-formed learning outcomes, which are key practices for success in teaching at any level.
This workshop aligns with Module 3.1 of the GradTeach Certificate program.
