Garden to Plate Cooking Series - Winter - A Valentine's Dinner

The Garden to Plate Cooking Series with Wildcraft Kitchen highlights fresh and nutritious flavors of Georgia-grown produce in four seasonal cooking classes! Learn innovative culinary techniques while working hands-on to prepare chef-driven recipes featuring wild and cultivated ingredients from local farms, gardens, and forests. The best part – at the end of class we get to enjoy a delicious dinner in the beautiful setting of the State Botanical Garden. Bring your friends, family, or special someone and join us for dinner in the garden! The menu may be subject to change due to seasonal availability.

Fall in love with handmade pasta this Valentine’s Day! Working alongside your Valentine, learn to create a fabulous pasta dish from scratch. Using chocolate, fruit, and hazelnuts, you will also prepare a sensational selection of sweet treats to share with your sweetheart.

  • MENU – Handmade Pasta with Pancetta & Sautéed Broccoli Rabe; Citrus Salad with Radicchio and Fennel; Chocolate-dipped Seasonal Fruit and Raw Hazelnut “Dame’s Kisses” with Cinnamon Cashew Cream and Rosehip Syrup

Preregistration is required and will close one week prior to the class date for these classes so that we can accommodate any dietary needs.
