Speaker: Usree Bhattacharya, Associate Professor Department of Language and Literacy Education
In addition to being an Associate Director, Dr. Usree Bhattacharya also directs the Rett Lab@UGA. Her research centers on language and literacy development for individuals with Rett syndrome, a line of work inspired by her daughter’s diagnosis in 2018. Her broader scholarship examines how artificial intelligence (AI), including generative AI, is reshaping communication, learning, and assessment in educational and home contexts.
