Class: Fundamentals of Photography
Take great photographs with any camera. While emphasis is on digital single lens reflex cameras, the majority of the subject matter applies to photography with any camera, including smart phones and point and shoot cameras. Topics covered include qualities of light, composition, creative use of camera controls, flash and portraiture. Includes field trip, class project, and evaluation of project photographs with introduction to digital image editing basics. This class is open to anyone. Students 15 to 17 need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Participants who don't own their own camera can receive camera selection advice from the instructor at the first session. Class size is limited to 18.
