Friends First Friday: Bat Program

Laci Pattavina, wildlife biologist with the Wildlife Conservation section of the Georgia Department of Natural Resources, will present a program on native bats in Georgia. The focus of the presentation will be on bats as a factor in reducing insect pests in the home garden and ways to attract bats. Pattavina will also talk about recent challenges to native bat populations such as white nose syndrome.
